We collect the least we can. Your answers, holdings and Portfolio Checkup interview draft are saved on your own device so you can resume, and to your account when you are signed in so your own report is there next time.
Your holdings, balances, interview answers and report content are never shared with an advisor, a firm or anyone else unless you explicitly ask us to and an authorized channel exists. Today no such sharing channel is connected, so advisor requests are captured for your review and nothing is sent.
We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site. No usage measurement is collected at all today, because no measurement service is connected. If that changes it stays off until you turn it on in Cookie Preferences, and it would never include your holdings, balances, statements, answers, report content, email or phone number.
Signing out clears your session and every saved draft from this device: your assessment, your holdings, masterclass progress, advisor drafts and your Portfolio Checkup interview. Deleting your account is available from the account page and is handled by the shared account service.
This is a preview environment. Formal data-retention and vendor schedules will be published with the production release, and we will not claim protections we have not implemented.
